Our Return Commitment:

Since our products are all handmade, slight variations in design, color, or size are part of the charm. However, if your item arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.


Damaged or Defective Products:

If your rattan product arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send clear photos of the damage along with your order details to xxx@mail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if the item cannot be repaired.


Change of Mind Returns:

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. For non-defective, unused items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition it was received.


Exemptions:

Custom-Made Items: Customized or personalized rattan products (e.g., custom weaving, specific design requests) are non-returnable unless defective.

Used or Damaged Products: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.


Return Process:
