Quality Control

1. Every product is checked prior to dispatch.
2. Handmade batik may display slight differences in color, motif, or finishing; these are natural features, not defects.
3. When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted.
4. Product arrives defective or damaged.
5. Wrong size, design, or item sent due to our mistake.

Conditions for Return

1. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
2. Items must remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
3. Original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
2. Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
3. Handmade batik pieces with minor natural variations.
4. Orders delayed due to courier, customs, or import taxes.

Refunds & Replacements

1. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
